Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to higher limits. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for annual plans. All prices are displayed net – VAT will be added at checkout based on your location and business status.
Is there a free trial?+
We do not currently offer a free trial or free plan. However, all plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Do I pay VAT on top of the listed price?+
All prices shown are net (excluding tax). For EU businesses with a valid VAT ID, reverse charge applies (0% VAT). For private individuals and businesses without a valid VAT ID in Poland, 23% VAT will be added at checkout.
Can I import contacts from another email service?+
Absolutely. All plans support CSV contact import with custom field mapping. We support migration from Mailchimp, GetResponse, Brevo, MailerLite, ConvertKit and others. Pro and Business plans include free assisted migration.
What happens if I exceed my email or contact limit?+
You will receive a notification when you approach your plan limits. Campaigns will not be sent if you exceed your monthly email quota. You can upgrade your plan anytime to increase your limits.
Do you handle email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)?+
Yes. All emails sent through MailCraft are authenticated with SPF and DKIM by default. Pro and Business plans allow you to configure custom sending domains with your own DKIM keys and DMARC policy for maximum deliverability.
